How do I check my order's status?
We all want to know when our printed goodies will be in hand! You can check your order status via a few methods.
- Open up your confirmation email. With every order confirmation (this is the email we send with the subject line "You did it! We got your order") we include a link to your status page. This will show if your order is still in production, or if it has shipped.
- If you have a Social Print Studio account you can log into your account here. Your account will show all past orders associated with your account's email address. Please note, having an account is not mandatory to place your order. If you would like to sign up for an account, please use the email address that you have placed your orders with previously. This will allow you to track all past orders.
- If you are having trouble with either of these methods, you can always email our Customer Service empaths at email@example.com
Please note, due to the automated nature of our processor and print flow, we are not able to tell you exactly where in production your particular order may be. For more information on average product specific turnaround time we recommend checkout out our Production and Shipping page.
