What is your turnaround time?

During regular production periods, products generally take 3-5 business days to physically produce. This turnaround time will be longer for periods of higher volume, such as any major gifting holiday. Can I speed up production? I have money!

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the production time on an order. Our processor is highly automated, which is great for processing your orders and printing quickly. Unfortunately this also means that we are physically unable to move an order ahead in the queue, and must print on a first come first serve basis.

Some products need glue to dry and bindings to set, and this is not a process that we can speed up and deliver a high-quality product. Give yourself plenty of time to receive your order and everything will be okay.

How can I check the status of my order?

On your confirmation e-mail, there is a link to your status page. This will let you know if your order is still in production. We are unable to let you know exactly where in the process it is (it's a bit of a needle in the haystack situation), but this link will update as soon as your order ships. 

We will send a separate tracking e-mail when your order leaves the building. For all updates we recommend making sure that e-mails from @socialprintstudio.com are whitelisted on your e-mail service so that you can be in the loop!

Can I expedite my shipping?!

While we are unable to speed up production, we can up your shipping speed for you. 

If you have not yet placed your order, we have expedited shipping options at checkout for all orders to the US, and for most countries internationally. 

If your address does not show an expedited shipping option at checkout, please place your order and email us your order number to hello@sps.io and we can quote you for the additional cost for expedited shipping.

If you have already placed your order and would like to expedite the shipping, please e-mail customer service at hello@sps.io with your order number (starts with PSDB and can be found on your confirmation e-mail.)

The estimated arrival date of expedited shipments is in no way guaranteed. We cannot control the forces that sway shipments around the world, though Storm is our favorite X-MEN.
