I've ordered from you before, do I have an account?
Accounts are completely voluntary, and are not necessary to place an order. If you have ordered in the past with us, and have not signed up for an account, you may not have one. You can try creating an account. Sign up with the email you've placed your previous orders with and create a password. If the system says that you already have an account, do not fret! You can request a password change so you may log in :)
If the system allows you to create an account, you will receive an email to verify your email address. Once you log in you should see your previous orders.
After you've created this account you can sign in on the checkout page to save payment information and addresses, as well as view your past orders.
