- Orders over $60 are shipped with FedEx Ground.
- Please do not provide a PO Box address for orders shipping via FedEx. FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes, and this will stall your order's progress as we will have to place the order on hold until we can receive a physical address.
- You will receive a shipping notification email when your order ships with your tracking number. You can also check for your tracking number via the status page link provided in your confirmation e-mail.
- Parts of your order may be shipped separately.
- Please remember that orders are shipped after 2-4 business days of production time, we need to make your goodies with care :) Layflat albums can take 4-6 business days to produce. Production turnaround time does not include weekends nor US Federal holidays.
- Shipping time estimates on the payment page are estimates. We recommend giving yourself enough time to receive your order if you are on a tight deadline. We work as fast as we can to get orders out the door, but if you have a tight deadline we recommend expedited shipping as well as planning on the order's timing to arrive towards the later end of the estimated period to be extra safe.

I live in San Francisco, can I just pick up my order at your office?
Unfortunately, we print and ship in Santa Cruz, California, and our print shop is not open to the public. So sorry! You will need to have your order shipped. The good news is that standard shipping only takes 1-2 business days to arrive in the Bay Area once your order has left the building 😎
I placed my order and I need it quicker, can I expedite shipping after the order has been placed?

No Can Do:
- We are unable to speed up the production time on any order, we can only expedite shipping speeds.
- We cannot ship your order to multiple addresses. If you would like an exact copy of a product shipped to a different address, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item you would like to be re-ordered to ship elsewhere. We can then charge you for the item and the additional shipping costs.
- We are unable to combine shipments, please be sure to place one order with all of your goodies in it! If you place two orders we are unable to combine shipments nor are we able to refund you for your second shipping fee. We can provide a gift code for the cost of the second shipping cost that can be used for a future order.
