What is the ordering process?

Upload a photo of your pet and we'll handle the rest. The image goes to our artists for rendering and then we print the resulting artwork and ship it to your door.

What types of photos work best for a Pet Portrait?

High-resolution, well-lit photos with your pet facing the camera are ideal.

Can I submit a photo with two or more pets?

Each portrait can only be of one pet. If you upload a photo with more than one pet, please indicate in the notes which pet you would like in the portrait.

Do you send a preview before printing my Pet Portrait?

Yes, you will receive a preview via email before the artwork goes to print.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Our system is highly automated and we cannot always make changes after an order is placed. Reach out as soon as possible after an order has been placed with questions or concerns.

What are the size options?

Pet Portraits come in 8 x 12”, 12 x 18”, and 16 x 24” sizes.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically 7-10 business days, though it can vary based on volume and location.

Can I use a photo from my phone?

Yes, if it's high-resolution and clear.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, but prints are carefully packaged for safe delivery.

Can I order multiple prints of the same photo?

Yes, adjust the quantity in the cart to indicate the number of prints you'd like.
