What is the ordering process? 

Upload the photo you’d like transformed into a Watercolor Wood Print and we’ll handle the rest. The image goes to our artists for rendering and then we print the resulting artwork on a Maple Wood Print and ship it to your door.  

Do you send a preview before printing my Watercolor Wood Print? 

To get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer artwork previews. If you like the examples on the product page, you will love your custom print! If your uploaded photo won’t work for any reason, we’ll reach out. 

Will I see wood grain in the print? 

Yes! The grain and other natural characteristics of the wood will show through the lighter parts of your image and in your background making for a beautiful, rustic finish. 

Can I change my order after it has been placed? 

Our system is highly automated and we cannot always make changes after an order is placed. Reach out as soon as possible after an order has been placed with questions or concerns. 

What are the size options?

Watercolor Wood Prints come in 8 x 12”, 12 x 18”, and 16 x 24” sizes.

How do you hang a Watercolor Wood Print?

Prints come equipped with a float hanger on the reverse side for easy hanging. 

What types of photos work best for a Watercolor Wood Print?

How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically 7-10 business days, though it can vary based on volume and location.

Can I use a photo from my phone? 

Yes, if it's high-resolution and clear.

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

No, but prints are carefully packaged for safe delivery. (Yes, if we offer gift wrapping)

Can I order multiple prints of the same photo?
