Holiday FAQ's

For delivery on or before December 24th to any United States address, please place your order by the following deadlines...

  • Noon PST on Friday, December 13th with standard shipping
  • Noon PST on Monday, December 16th 2-day
  • Noon PST on Tuesday, December 17th with Overnight shipping

We cannot ship via UPS to PO Boxes. If you would like to order with expedited shipping please provide a physical address so we can get you your gifts on time.

For delivery on or before December 24th to Canada, please place your order by the following deadlines...

  • Noon PST on Monday, December 2nd with Standard shipping.
  • Noon PST on Friday, December 13th with any expedited shipping method.

For delivery on or before December 24th to any international address (non-Canadian), please place your order by the following deadline...

  •  Noon PST on Wednesday, November 27th with Standard shipping method
  • Noon PST on Monday, December 9th with any expedited shipping method


Please note that expedited shipping must be selected at checkout.

I forgot to choose expedited shipping and it is past the standard shipping deadline. HELP!!!

Email customer service at hello@sps.io, if your order has not shipped we should be able to speed up shipping for you (and charge the additional shipping fees) so your Secret Santa will be none the wiser.

Can I include a gift note? Can you gift wrap my present so my friends and family think I am an origami master?

Unfortunately, we are unable to include a gift note at this time. We will send you a tracking number when your giftee's order ships, we recommend sending your loved one a cryptic text on the delivery day with instructions to not open until the proper date 😘

We are unable to offer gift wrapping at this time. We believe in your wrapping skills.

Do you sell giftcards?

We do! You can purchase them here. If you would like a different denomination that is not listed on the website, please email customer support at hello@sps.io

A note on turnaround:

During holidays and other impacted periods, our production time can take up to 4-7 business days. If you are placing an order near our deadlines and need your goods prior to December 24th, we recommend expedited shipping and ordering as soon as possible. We are unable to guarantee arrival dates (other than by the holiday itself) during impacted periods like these. Layflat Albums are our most premium and hand made product and can take 5-7 business days to print and ship during holiday periods. We recommend having your order shipped to its final gifting destination. 

Can I check on the status of my order?

On your confirmation e-mail, there is a link to your status page. This will let you know if your order is still in production. We are unable to let you know exactly where in the process it is (it's a bit of a needle in the haystack situation), but this link will update as soon as your order ships. 

We will send a separate tracking e-mail when your order leaves the building. For all updates, we recommend making sure that e-mails from @socialprintstudio.com are whitelisted on your e-mail service so that you can be in the loop!

How can I track my order?

We will send you a separate tracking e-mail the moment your order leaves the building. If this email goes missing, you can also click on the status link from your confirmation e-mail. The tracking number will be listed on this status page if your order has shipped.

Help I am panicking and the end of the year is way too full of obligations! Can I be reassured by a human?
