Holiday FAQ's

What are your holiday deadlines this year?

We are not offering guaranteed delivery deadlines this year. Due to supply chain disruptions and labor shortages, we highly recommend ordering for the holidays as soon as possible.

For more information, please reference our Production and Shipping Page for the most up to date information on turnaround times and order cut off dates.

Please note that expedited shipping must be selected at checkout. 

We cannot ship via Fedex to PO Boxes. If you would like to order with expedited shipping please provide a physical address so we can get you your gifts on time.

I forgot to choose expedited shipping and it is past the standard shipping cutoff date. HELP!!!

Email customer service at hello@sps.io, if your order has not shipped we should be able to speed up shipping for you (and charge the additional shipping fees) so your Secret Santa will be none the wiser.

Can I include a gift note? 

We offer gift notes on both our Print Studio app and our website. 

To add a gift note to your order, select the gift note option from the cart page. We have various templates available so you can personalize your special message.

Gift notes are $1.50 and will be included in your package with the rest of your printed order.

Please note: we cannot add gift notes to an order already placed. The note must be included in your initial order. Orders can be canceled within an hour of being placed, so if your order must have a note please email us at hello@socialprintstudio.com as soon as your order has been placed. Once your order has been canceled you can place a new one with your printed gift as well as a gift note.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

While we do not offer gift wrapping, our packages are quite nice to open! Daily Calendars and Layflat Albums come in kraft gift boxes ready for your flourishes. Most frames come wrapped in kraft paper. We encourage you to reuse packaging elements as a part of your wrapping.  


Do you sell Gift Cards?

We do! You can purchase them here. If you would like a different denomination that is not listed on the website or our app, please email customer support at hello@sps.io

A note on turnaround:

During holidays and other impacted periods, our production times will be longer than usual. For better estimates on turnaround times, please refer to our Production and Shipping FAQs

We are unable to guarantee arrival dates during impacted periods like these. We recommend having your order shipped to its final gifting destination. 

Can I check on the status of my order?

On your confirmation email, there is a link to your status page. This will let you know if your order is still in production. We are unable to let you know exactly where in the process it is (it's a bit of a needle in the haystack situation), but this link will update as soon as your order ships. 

We will send a separate tracking email when your order leaves the building. For all updates, we recommend making sure that emails from @socialprintstudio.com are whitelisted on your email service so that you can be in the loop!

How can I track my order?

We will send you a separate tracking email the moment your order leaves the building. If this email goes missing, you can also click on the status link from your confirmation email. The tracking number will be listed on this status page if your order has shipped.

For the best way to keep an eye on multiple orders, we recommend signing up for an SPS account using the email address you used to place your orders. This will allow you to keep an eye on all shipments easily. You can sign up for an account here.
