What are your holiday deadlines this year?

We admire your early bird spirit. Due to the handmade nature of our products our deadlines are variable and depend on product type.

For delivery on or before December 24th of Modern Framed PrintsSanta Cruz Framed PrintsGrid Frames, or Framed Grid Posters:

  • Standard shipping (USPS First and UPS Ground): December 8th, noon PST
  • UPS 2 day: December 10th, noon PST
  • UPS Overnight: December 11th, noon PST

For delivery on or before December 24th of All Other Products:

  • Standard shipping (USPS First and UPS Ground): December 14th, noon PST
  • UPS 2 day: December 15th, noon PST
  • UPS Overnight: December 16th, noon PST

Please note that expedited shipping must be selected at checkout. 

We cannot ship via UPS to PO Boxes. If you would like to order with expedited shipping please provide a physical address so we can get you your gifts on time.

For delivery on or before December 24th of Modern Framed Prints, Santa Cruz Framed Prints, Grid Framesor Framed Grid Posters:

  •  Standard shipping: November 25th, noon PST
  •  Expedited Shipping (UPS International Economy and Priority): December 9th, noon PST

For delivery on or before December 24th of All Other Products:

  • Standard shipping: November 30th, noon PST
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS International Economy and Priority): December 14th, noon PST

Please note that expedited shipping must be selected at checkout.

🌍 International Orders

  • Expedited Shipping (UPS International Economy and Priority): December 3rd, noon PST

For delivery on or before December 24th of All Other Products:

  • Standard shipping: November 25th, noon PST
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS International Economy and Priority): December 8th, noon PST

Please note that expedited shipping must be selected at checkout.

I forgot to choose expedited shipping and it is past the standard shipping deadline. HELP!!!

Email customer service at hello@sps.io, if your order has not shipped we should be able to speed up shipping for you (and charge the additional shipping fees) so your Secret Santa will be none the wiser.

Can I include a gift note? Can you gift wrap my present so my friends and family think I am an origami master?

Unfortunately, we are unable to include a gift note at this time. We will send you a tracking number when your giftee's order ships, we recommend sending your loved one a cryptic text on the delivery day with instructions to not open until the proper date 😘

We are unable to offer gift wrapping at this time. We believe in your wrapping skills.

Do you sell giftcards?

We do! You can purchase them here. If you would like a different denomination that is not listed on the website or our app, please email customer support at hello@sps.io

A note on turnaround:

During holidays and other impacted periods, our production time can take up to 4-7 business days. If you are placing an order near our deadlines and need your goods prior to December 24th, we recommend expedited shipping and ordering as soon as possible. We are unable to guarantee arrival dates (other than by the holiday itself) during impacted periods like these. We recommend having your order shipped to its final gifting destination. 

Can I check on the status of my order?

On your confirmation e-mail, there is a link to your status page. This will let you know if your order is still in production. We are unable to let you know exactly where in the process it is (it's a bit of a needle in the haystack situation), but this link will update as soon as your order ships. 

We will send a separate tracking e-mail when your order leaves the building. For all updates, we recommend making sure that e-mails from @socialprintstudio.com are whitelisted on your e-mail service so that you can be in the loop!

How can I track my order?

We will send you a separate tracking e-mail the moment your order leaves the building. If this email goes missing, you can also click on the status link from your confirmation e-mail. The tracking number will be listed on this status page if your order has shipped.

For the best way to keep an eye on multiple orders, we recommend signing up for an SPS account using the email address you used to place your orders. This will allow you to keep an eye on all shipments easily. You can sign up for an account here.

Help I am panicking and the end of the year is way too full of obligations! Can I be reassured by a human?
