Mother's Day

For arrival by Sunday May 9th, please observe our Mother's Day deadlines below.

US Orders
  • Noon PDT on April 27th with Standard shipping
  • Noon PDT on April 29th with UPS 2 day shipping
  • Noon PDT on April 30th, with UPS Overnight

Canadian Orders
  • Noon PDT on April 20th with Standard shipping.
  • Noon PDT on April 27th with any expedited shipping method.

 International Orders
  • Noon PDT on April 13th with Standard shipping.
  • Noon PDT on April 27th with any expedited shipping method.


Please note that expedited shipping must be selected at checkout.

I forgot to choose expedited shipping and it is past the standard shipping suggested deadline. HELP!!!

Email customer service at hello@sps.io, if your order has not shipped we should be able to speed up shipping for you (and charge the additional shipping fees) so your mom will be none the wiser.

Can I include a gift note? Can you gift wrap my present so my maternal figure thinks I am an origami master?

Gift notes are available at checkout on our iOS app, Print Studio. You will see an option to add a gift note on the cart page of our app. If you are not seeing this option, please update to the most recent version available on the App Store. Be sure to purchase a gift note while checking out if you would like to send an additional message, as we are unable to add a gift note after your order has been placed.

We do not have gift notes available yet on our Android app, nor our website. (We hope to have gift notes available on the website in the future!) If ordering from the Android app or our website, keep your eyes peeled for your shipping email. We will send you a tracking number when your mum's order ships so you can send her a cryptic text on delivery day 😘

We are also unable to offer gift wrapping at this time. We believe in your wrapping skills.

Do you sell giftcards?

We do! You can purchase them here. If you would like a different denomination that is not listed on the website, please email customer support at hello@sps.io

Can I check on the status of my order?

On your confirmation e-mail there is a link to your status page. This will let you know if your order is still in production. We are unable to let you know exactly where in the process it is (it's a bit of a needle in the haystack situation), but this link will update as soon as your order ships. 

We will send a separate tracking e-mail when your order leaves the building. For all updates we recommend making sure that e-mails from @socialprintstudio.com are whitelisted on your e-mail service so that you can be in the loop!

How can I track my order?

We will send you a separate tracking e-mail the moment your order leaves the building. If this email goes missing, you can also click on the status link from your confirmation e-mail. The tracking number will be listed on this status page if your order has shipped.

Help I am panicking and cooking for a socially distanced brunch is out of the question! Can I be reassured by a human?
