Can I include a gift note to my Valentine? Can you gift wrap my present?

Unfortunately we are unable to include a gift note at this time. We will send you a tracking number when your sweetie's order ships, send them a cryptic text on delivery day 😘

We are unable to offer gift wrapping at this time, so sorry about that!

Do you sell giftcards?

We do! You can purchase them here. If you would like a different denomination that is not listed on the website, please email customer support at hello@sps.io

A note on turnaround:

During holidays and other impacted periods our production times can be longer than usual due to increased volume. If you are placing an order near our deadlines and need your goods prior to Valentine's Day we recommend expedited shipping and ordering as soon as possible. We are unable to guarantee arrival dates prior to the 14th of February, even if expedited shipping is chosen at checkout. Production time estimates can be found here

We recommend shipping your gifts to their final gifting destination.

Can I check on the status of my order?

On your confirmation e-mail there is a link to your status page click on this to see where your order is on its journey to you! We are unable to let you know exactly where in the production process your order is (it's a bit of a needle in the haystack situation) but this link will update as soon as your order ships. 

We will send a separate tracking e-mail when your order leaves the building. For all updates we recommend making sure that e-mails from @socialprintstudio.com are whitelisted on your e-mail service so that you can be in the loop!

How can I track my order?

We will send you a separate tracking e-mail the moment your order leaves the building. If this email goes missing, you can also click on the status link from your confirmation e-mail. The tracking number will be listed on this status page if your order has shipped.
